odafone has begun selling the HTC One on a range of pay monthly contracts, adding yet another 4G-ready smartphone to the line-up for its soon-to-launch LTE network.
If that’s too big a monthly outlay for you, you can also snap it up for a more manageable £29 a month, but that involves an upfront fee of £179 for the handset itself.
Vodafone is also throwing in a free flip case for the phone worth £25, but stock is limited so you’ll have to move quickly.
Available in silver and black, HTC’s first hero kit of the year is packed with impressive stuff, including a 4.7-inch full HD display, a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor and a 4-ultrapixel camera for stunning imaging capabilities.
Also on board is the latest Sense 5 UI with a new feature called HTC BlinkFeed that brings you live social and news updates directly to the homescreen in a neat Flipboard-style tile-based interface.
Another neat addition is a new shooting mode in the camera app called HTC Zoe. This lets you capture three-second, high-definition snippets, which you can then edit, remix and share directly to a host of social networks.
There’s also 32GB of internal storage to store all your content, but unfortunately this is not expandable.
Initial supplies of the HTC One are said to be limited, so customers looking to get their hands on one from day one are encouraged to order promptly.
